Fayette St., a 10-month lease may be available upon request before signing. The 10-month lease has a higher monthly rent but results in a total savings of $800 compared to the annual cost of a 12-month lease.
Yes. Our one-bedroom apartments offer the privacy and comfort of having your own home. Each apartment includes a private, secure entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Some apartments also feature private balconies, large closets, and individual temperature controls. Many units have been recently renovated with updated kitchens and bathrooms.
No. We do not allow subletting.
Yes. All of our apartments have newer windows and are all easy to open.
We accept checks, electronic checks (e-checks), and Zelle. We also offer a convenient online resident portal that makes paying rent quick and easy.
We provide garbage and recycling removal, shoveling, salting, plowing. mowing and landscaping which is included in the rent. We have professional 24/7 emergency maintenance service.
Yes, we allow fixed, indoor cats at all properties with fees and restrictions.
