Frequently Asked Questions

What are the lease lengths?

We typically do 12 month leases.  Upon request, prior to the lease signing at 513,514 and 515 Walnut Ave, 1009 Madison St. and 1003 E Fayette St., if your lease begins on August 1st, we can do a 10 month lease instead of a 12 month lease. In this case the monthly rent is adjusted upward to equal the annual rental of the 12 month lease minus $800.00. In summary, the 10 month lease monthly rent is higher, but there is a $800.00 annual savings by going with the 10 month lease.
